Bulls Eye 1-2-3 is a universal interior and exterior, water-based, primer-sealer.
It offers low odour application, quick drying convenience and excellent adhesion to glossy surfaces, without sanding.
In grey it is perfect for using with darker top coats to improve hide and coverage. Dries in 30 minutes and can be recoated in just 1 hour.
